Casa Patropi is a single-story, contemporary beach house thoughtfully designed by Angá Arquitetura to offer comfort, relaxation, and ecological awareness.

The Space

With 240 m²( 2580 sq.ft), it features 4 air-conditioned suites, a cozy TV lounge, an integrated kitchen, and a gourmet space with barbecue, beer fridge, and ice machine — ideal for unforgettable moments with family, friends and small dogs!

The house also offers high-speed internet, premium linen set with 400-thread-count sheets and high quality  towels.

The heated pool  is really heated (solar and electric) and reaches up to 30 °C (86  °F).

Set on the charming Quadra 3 — one of the most exclusive and tranquil corners of Guaecá Beach — just 145 meters from the sand, with direct access via a central lawn. Guests also enjoy shared tennis courts, beach service, and 24/7 security.

Guests enjoy access to tennis courts, a central garden, attentive staff, and dedicated beach service. The house is just 145 meters from the shore, reached through a tranquil, tree-lined lawn.With its clean waters, serene atmosphere, and secure environment, Guaecá is a true sanctuary — the perfect blend of nature, elegance, and peaceful beach living.

Other things to note

• We value peaceful, conscious stays and take great care in maintaining our home.

• The house features sustainable systems — including solar power and rainwater harvesting — which require mindful usage, especially regarding the pool and air conditioning.Parties, events, and loud music are not allowed.

• Housekeeping and cooking services are available for an additional fee. At least one half-day cleaning session is required during your stay.

• The condominium provides a beach umbrella service, but guests are responsible for taking and returning their chairs daily to avoid loss.

• Our gardener and pool technician will need access to the outdoor areas to ensure optimal water and garden quality.
