The Space

Casa Varanda is a spacious, pet friendly, three-story home, fully renovated and designed to provide five-star comfort. With six bedrooms, including 4 suites and a reversible home office in a seventh room, this special house features a complete leisure setup, including a swimming pool, barbecue grill, beer cooler, two refrigerators, an ice machine, ten air conditioners, and a 65” TV with Claro subscription for your entertainment.

The gourmet kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals, while ten air conditioning units ensure comfort throughout all rooms.

For added convenience, the house has a dumbwaiter and six covered parking spaces. The property offers six bedrooms, including four suites, plus a versatile home office that can be converted into a seventh bedroom—ideal for families or larger groups. Please note: We do not accept groups larger than 14 guests to maintain comfort and exclusivity.

Other things to note

• For the comfort and cleanliness of your stay, it is mandatory to hire at least one housekeeper each day. The service fee is R$250 for cleaning only, or R$280 for cleaning and basic cooking. Depending on the size of your group, one staff member may be able to prepare only simple meals. Casa Varanda Guaecá also includes fun extras for all ages: foosball, button football, ping pong, an inflatable pool, and even special towels for your pets.
